22Help your child unwind, recharge, and reconnect after a long day of school with our fun and supportive Youth Yoga class. Designed for all experience levels, this class introduces the foundations of Vinyasa yoga, where students learn how to link breath with movement in a smooth, flowing sequence. Participants will explore beginner-friendly Vinyasa poses, build strength and flexibility, and develop focus and body awareness in a welcoming environment. Through guided breathing techniques and mindful movement, students will learn simple tools to manage stress, boost confidence, and improve overall well-being. The session ends with a calming wind-down and relaxation period, helping students leave feeling centered, refreshed, and ready for the rest of their day. No prior yoga experience needed- just bring a mat, comfortable clothes, and an open mind!
