• Beer : Barrel : Time 2024 (750ml; 15% ABV) is a blend of Imperial Stout recipes-O.W.K., Vibes, and Chocolate-aged 16 to 29 months in 4- to 8-year-old Willett Family Estate and Still630 bourbon barrels. The result is a layered, expressive stout highlighting depth, balance, and barrel character.
• Anabasis 2025 (750ml; 14% ABV) is a barleywine brewed with American malts and hops and fermented with an English ale strain to create rich toffee, caramel, and leathery depth. Aged 17 months in select bourbon barrels with notes of vanilla and oak, the final blend reflects patience, balance, and complexity.
• Ambiente 2025 (750ml; 12% ABV) is a Missouri Imperial Stout brewed on our Vibes base and infused with Mexican vanilla beans, Ghanaian cocoa nibs, fresh ground cinnamon, and mulato chiles. Bottled in late 2025, the beer was given time to meld and mellow into a harmonized, expressive stout.
• Fuzzy 2024 (375ml; 8% ABV) is a Missouri Wild Ale fermented and aged for two years in a French oak foeder, then matured an additional seven months on Missouri-grown white peaches. Bottle conditioned and fully dry, it presents bright fruit character with elegant, champagne-like carbonation.
• Mure du Fermier (750ml; 8% ABV) is a delicate and aromatic Saison du Fermier aged with blackberries in French oak wine barrels. Wild yeast native to our family's Missouri farm drives its brightness, depth, and rustic character through extended fermentation and aging.
