• Derivation Blend 21 (750ml; 15% ABV) is a blend of bourbon barrel-aged, maple bourbon barrel-aged, and rum barrel-aged Imperial Stouts aged 18 to 24 months. The final blend was infused with bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup and freshly ground cinnamon for layered depth and warmth.
• Coconut Vibes 2025 (750ml; 12% ABV) is our Vibes Missouri Imperial Stout infused multiple times with raw and toasted coconut flakes. First released as a stainless-based stout showcasing adjunct expression, it remains one of our most complex and labor-intensive beers to produce.
• Pulling Nails 2024 (750ml; 6% ABV) is a La Coterie-exclusive wild ale blending three foedre-aged beers to explore depth, balance, and hop expression. Finished with a Saaz dry-hop and naturally conditioned in the bottle, it highlights our continued experimentation with blending and hops.
• Shin Shin 2025 (375ml; 16% ABV) is a double barrel-aged Imperial Stout brewed with Sump Coffee and barrel-aged maple syrup. Rich and intense, it layers deep roast, sweetness, and barrel character.
• Coeur de Cuvee Blend 13 (750ml; 6% ABV) combines an oak-aged lager and oak-aged hefeweizen, both fermented and matured with native microflora. Dry-hopped with Nelson, Citra, and Galaxy, this blend balances finesse, aromatics, and complexity.
