• Beer : Barrel : Time 2023 (750ml; 15% ABV) is our non-adjunct blend of Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, showcasing the beer we brew, the barrels we select, and the time we give it in maturation. Aged 22 to 44 months in Weller 12, Willett Family Estate, and Blanton's barrels, it presents rich chocolate and sweet coconut notes with integrated bourbon and oak.
• Beer : Barrel : Time 2022 (750ml; 15% ABV) is a blend of O.W.K. and Vibes Imperial Stout recipes aged 17 to 37 months. Matured in Pappy Van Winkle 10 Year, Willett Family Estate, Willett Bourbon, and Eagle Rare barrels, it emphasizes balance, depth, and refined barrel expression
