The Red Room's interest in bodies and doctors made our black-and-white New York theme a natural choice. Keith Haring, who often explored body movement in his work and famously painted an 88-foot-tall mural for a children's hospital, was a perfect place to begin. The children were inspired by his spirit of collaboration with Angel Ortiz, as well as how much he valued children's marks. "Draw anything! No one can tell you it's bad or good. It's yours. Haring's focus on generosity and giving back helped the Red Room feel proud to create something to share with our school community. Please enjoy these thoughtful, playful, bold, and energetic marks that will surely bring a bit of New York spirit into your home.
