Beth Coulter is a 7th generation Barrington girl. She studied and worked in holistic health care in her 20s and 30s doing yoga, massage and coaching. In 2020 she picked up the title of hobby farmer and she will talk about plants with anyone who will listen. She lives on a 19 acre farm in Lake Barrington with her husband Mitch and their 3 boys ages 8-14. She's also proud to be a board member of Barrington Youth & Family Services and the Nature Lady at North Barrington School. Beth, dancing with her friend Lesley, is excited to raise funds for Bacoa!

Lesley Olson married into this beautiful Barrington life and has proudly called the North Barrington area home since 2010. Originally from St. Louis, she met her husband, Bryan, at The University of Kansas. Rock Chalk! After an 18-year career managing brands in the natural food industry, Lesley now focuses on raising good humans. With two sons in high school and a daughter in elementary school, her days are full of lacrosse, baseball, soccer and a revolving crew of hungry friends. Lesley is thrilled to support Bacoa in raising funds and awareness for its vital community programs. She also serves on the BYFS Auxiliary Board and is excited to help bring another important Barrington fundraiser to life this spring.
