Welcome to the first-ever Katie Colin Farm Frozen Genetic Sale! We are offering our best genetics from the heart of our breeding program. These elite genetics will produce cattle with eye-catching phenotypes and top-ranking genotypes that will work for you.

We lead off our offering with a selection of elite matings from our $235,000 donor KC Blackbird 017. Rarely do we get the opportunity to work with a donor that excels on every mating in the way she does. Her first two natural calves were purchased into bull studs. KC Kingston, the most recent, is being reported across the country as a real breeding bull. She had a daughter, KC Blackbird 4036, campaigned very successfully on the P&G show circuit this past year. There will be animals produced from these embryos that will not only make a significant impact in your program but also in this breed.

The demand for elite genetics is as strong as we have ever seen before. We have been fortunate to assemble a donor battery from some of the most notable cow families, starting with BA7 Oaks Erica J04, who is a full sib to BA7 Oaks Bold Ruler out of the famous Erica of Ellston T220. J04 just topped the BYRD Cattle frozen sale with a set of these EXAR Bona Fide embryos. Also, several matings out of Vintage Blackcap 1131, a direct daughter of V A R Blackcap 9319 and flush mate to the dam of the $290,000 V A R Landman 4194. One of my favorite matings is out of Hart Whitney 1095; this is one beautiful donor.

We have embryos sired by two of our top herd sires, EXAR Bona Fide and KC Madden. The Bona Fide calves are proving to be the right kind with performance, killer looks, and some cowboys who visited Origen this Fall thought that he was one of the most impressive bulls there. We are also once again releasing semen on our newest herd sire, KC Madden, in this sale. We have high expectations in this maternal brother to Poss Ratified out of the timeless pathfinder Poss Rita 5116.

There are also matings from the hard-to-get G A R Wallace and G A R Grid Maker, along with other top bulls in the Angus Breed.

Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
