Enjoy a hands-on culinary experience at the BMC Teaching Kitchen led by registered dietitian Gabrielle Simons. Blending nutrition education, creativity, and connection, this interactive class highlights flavor through the preparation of three plant-based sauces as part of a balanced meal. Conclude with a mindful dining experience as you build your own plate and enjoy the meal together.

Includes:

  • Private cooking class at the BMC Teaching Kitchen
  • Instruction from a registered dietitian and shared dining experience
  • Preparation of plant-based sauces, starch, protein, and vegetables

Restrictions:

  • Must select and schedule one of the following dates by June 7, 2026
    • Wednesdays, 5:30-7:00 PM: June 24, July 29, August 26
    • Fridays, 12:30-2:00 PM: June 26, July 17, August 21
  • No alcohol permitted; guests may bring their own non-alcoholic beverages
