Lyndy Franklin Smith and Jeromy Smith co-founded The Lexington Theatre Company ("The Lex") ten years ago, after successful careers in New York City.

Lyndy's Broadway credits include A Chorus Line and The Little Mermaid; Fosse and White Christmas (National Tours); The Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Jeromy's performing credits include 42nd Street and Swing! (National Tours), and numerous regional productions.

As an arts manager, Jeromy worked with Broadway theatre-owner, Jujamcyn Theaters, and the Broadway management company, Richards/Climan, Inc., as Associate General Manager.

Now their work at The Lex is focused on making Lexington a national theatrical destination, while training the next generation of theatre artists.

Lyndy is also a frequent guest speaker and corporate workshop leader on topics of theatre, creativity, storytelling and leadership. She hosted two seasons of the podcast "Beyond the Fourth Wall" for The Lex, conducting interviews with creatives from across the globe. The book she co-authored, Broadway Swings: Covering the Ensemble in Musical Theatre, is available on Amazon.com.

Jeromy is also a frequent guest speaker for colleges and universities on the topics of arts management and theatrical production. The couple are also proud parents of Ben (14) and Andrew (11) and enjoy their time as a home-schooling family.
