Juell Kadet was a cherished matriarch, jewelry designer and visionary of Rogers & Hollands and Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers. Above all, she was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her legacy of elegance, resilience, and creativity mirrors that of Hollywood actress Rita Hayworth-both women embody history, style, and strength wrapped in one iconic name.

Juell's daughter, Lori Stern, and her husband Craig Stern are proud members of the Rita Hayworth Gala Steering Committee, an event founded by Rita Hayworth's daughter, Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, to honor her mother and advance the fight against Alzheimer's disease and all other dementia.

The Legacy and Impact of the Rita Hayworth Gala

Rita Hayworth, an American actress, dancer and producer was diagnosed in 1980 with younger-onset Alzheimer's disease.

To continue her mother's legacy, Princess Yasmin Aga Khan established the Rita Hayworth galas in Chicago and New York City to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
