Each Tour Certificate is good for one-time use for a tour and a two hour "Flight Training Experience" in a flight simulator at JetBlue's Campus in Orlando, FL (the "Tour"). Tour Certificate with three proposed Tour dates must be submitted at least 60 days prior to your earliest requested Tour dates, and the last requested Tour date must be on or before the specified Expiration Date. Redeemed Tour is subject to availability, blackout dates, and capacity controls. In some instances, JetBlue may need to reschedule already confirmed

Tours to a mutually agreed alternative time and/or date. This Tour Certificate is transferable: however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, traded on an auction website or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from JetBlue. Tour Certificate may not be partially redeemed, is not redeemable for cash, and has no cash value.

This Tour Certificate may be redeemed only by submitting the Tour Certificate form to the email address provided on the Tour Certificate. The Confirmation Number and the date of issuance on the Tour Certificate must be visible and readable. The Confirmation Number cannot be replaced if lost or stolen except as required by law, and JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Tour Certificates or Confirmation Codes. If you do not participate in a Tour prior to the Expiration Date or if you do not show up on a confirmed Tour date, you will forfeit this Tour Certificate and all money associated with the Tour reservation, if any. Failure to adhere to these Tour Certificate Terms and Conditions may result in this Tour Certificate being voided and refusal of entry to, or removal from, JetBlue's premises.
