This ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE must be surrendered to the front desk agent at check-in for this offer to be honored. Should the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE not be surrendered, the guest will be responsible for all accommodation and incidental charges incurred during the stay, at applicable public rates.
