It begins with a private consultation to plan your perfect menu, then Chef Tony takes over. The night opens with antipasto before guests gather at the table for a five-course feast served family style, complete with warm bread, rosemary-garlic focaccia, extra virgin olive oil, and whipped butter-all alongside Chef Tony's signature homemade pasta and sauce. A curated section of red and white wine rounds out the evening.
