EVENT DETAILS
Preregistration: Save time at check-in by adding your credit card to GiveSmart in advance. Sign in or register, then update 'My Info.' Volunteers will be available to assist at the check-in table.
Attire: Cocktail
Parking:Please park in the Coyote Hills Golf Course lot and follow the guided signs to the entrance. If you'll be enjoying drinks, stay safe by choosing a designated driver or arranging a car service.
Check-in begins at 6pm: A complimentary hosted bar will be provided for the first two hours, with a cash bar available thereafter. Please arrive on time to enjoy passed appetizers, beverages, and the final hour of our Silent Auction.
SILENT AUCTION
Our Silent Auction is open to everyone, regardless of whether you are attending the Gala. If you would like to participate remotely, you may register above and bid from the comfort of your home.
The Silent Auction is scheduled to end at 7:15 PM; however, a short extension may occur if bidding activity requires it. The auction will also feature an automated rolling close: if a bid is placed within the final 30 seconds on any item, all items will be extended by an additional 30 seconds to allow for responding bids. Bidding will officially close once no new bids have been placed for 30 seconds.
Updates will be sent throughout the auction via text message to all participants.
