Artist Bio: Sydney Greene is a visual artist based in Brooklyn, NY by way of Texas. Her diverse portfolio, which can be found at sydvisuals.com, includes illustration, animation, tattooing and painting. Sydney works full-time as the Admissions Assistant at Friends Seminary. She also works for Early Bird, the before-school childcare program for students in Kindergarten through Grade 4 at Friends. She maintains her passion for artistic exploration by participating in art shows and taking clients in illustration, design, and tattooing. In 2024, Sydney was selected to attend an Illustration and Visual Storytelling residency at The School of Visual Arts. Sydney fosters connections by hosting workshops and events that often support mental health initiatives and artist funds. It's the bridge between creativity, wellness, and education that Sydney finds most fulfilling -- fostering a network where artistic expression for all ages thrives along mental well-being.
