Family-owned for more than a century and once a thriving dairy farm, Waldingfield Farm has been a certified organic vegetable farm since 1990. Surrounded by gardens, pastures, and centuries of New England charm, you and your guests will enjoy a tour of the historic farm followed by an extraordinary farm-to-table dinner prepared by Regional Hospice's own Chef Dan. Using the freshest seasonal ingredients harvested from the farm and sourced from neighboring producers, Chef Dan will create an epicurean delight with each dish celebrating the bounty of the season amid the rustic elegance of this remarkable setting. Savor farm-favorite heirloom tomatoes during the height of harvesting and an intimate evening of hospitality in the enchanting countryside.
