The morning begins at 10:30 AM with intentional networking alongside top leaders from across Las Vegas-an opportunity to build relationships that extend far beyond the luncheon.

At noon, the program begins with the heart of the event:
Fifth-grade students from five elementary schools, mostly Title I, take the stage to pitch their own product or innovation to a panel of judges-Shark Tank-style-competing for college scholarship awards to UNLV.

All of these students have completed Junior Achievement programming above their grade level, equipping them with skills far beyond what's typically expected at their age. They don't just share ideas; they demonstrate confidence, critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving-proof of what's possible when young people are given access, opportunity, and belief in their potential.

Proceeds from the luncheon support Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada as a whole, helping us move toward our bold goal of reaching 60,000 students annually by redefining readiness through experiential education that builds lasting economic mobility and provides students with access to opportunity-filled futures.
