Step into the kitchen with award-winning chef David Waltuck for an intimate, three-hour private cooking lesson for four. This is your chance to learn from a culinary master and co-founder of the legendary Chanterelle restaurant. Waltuck is also known for serving as a key culinary consultant and trainer for the cast of The Bear in preparation for Seasons 1 and 2
In your own kitchen (within NYC), Chef Waltuck will guide you through techniques, recipes, and the artistry behind his exceptional cuisine. Whether you're a passionate foodie or a curious beginner, this hands-on experience is bound to be both educational and delicious.
As a special bonus, you'll receive a signed copy of his acclaimed cookbook, Chanterelle: The Story & Recipes of a Restaurant Classic-a treasured keepsake from your culinary adventure.

Live Auction Bidding:
All live auction bidding will take place exclusively during the in-person event and will be conducted using paddles provided at each table. Live auction items will not be available for online bidding. Guests attending in person may participate by raising their paddle during the auction.
If you are unable to attend, you may still participate by arranging a proxy bid through the Landmark College Office of Advancement by noon ET on April 29. A staff member will bid on your behalf during the live event, up to your specified maximum.
