The Harlem Junior Tennis & Education Program ("HJTEP"), located at 40 West 143rd Street, New York, NY 10037, is conducting this raffle in accordance with applicable New York State and New York City Games of Chance laws and regulations.

Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Raffle ticket purchases are limited to individuals who are physically present and attending the HJTEP Gala at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City on Monday, May 11, 2026.

Ticket Sales: Raffle tickets will be available for purchase only by Gala attendees physically present at the Ziegfeld Ballroom on Monday, May 11, 2026. Ticket sales will take place between 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM (ET) on the day of the event. Ticket purchases will be processed through an online platform that is accessible exclusively on-site during the event. Access to purchase raffle tickets is restricted to Gala attendees. Purchases made outside of the event location or time frame are not permitted.

Ticket Pricing: $100 for one (1) ticket; $250 for three (3) tickets; $400 for five (5) tickets; $1,000 for eleven (11) tickets
Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. A maximum of 300 tickets will be sold.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a diamond tennis bracelet. Estimated Retail Value: $19,975. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.

Drawing: The raffle drawing will take place on Monday, May 11, 2026, after 8:30 PM (ET), at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City during the HJTEP Gala. The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Ticket holders need not be present at the time of drawing to win.

Winner Notification & Claim: The winner will be announced live at the Gala and will also be notified via email and/or text message. The winner must respond and claim the prize within 14 business days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Taxes: The winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and use of the prize.

General Conditions Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of HJTEP, which are final and binding. The raffle is void where prohibited by law.
