Frequently Asked Questions: 

How do I pick up my items? 

I am attending the in person event on Friday, March 20 

Items will be available for pick up at the conclusion of the event at the designated table. 

I am not attending the in-person event

You may pick up your items on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Jackson High School using the Aquatic Center entrance (the new addition facing the stadium) 9 - 11 a.m.. If you need to make other pick up arrangements contact:

Why am I charged a fee at checkout? 

GiveSmart charges Jackson High School a small percentage on each credit card purchase. By paying the fee, you are making a donation to the scholarship program in the full amount you intended. 


What happens if I share my user link with a friend? 

Each link is unique to you. If you share the link with others and they bid on an item it will be charged to your account at the end of the event. Please share the event with friends and family and encourage them to get their own bidding link.


When does the silent auction open and close? 

The silent auction will open for bidding no later than Wednesday, March 18th. Bidding will continue through most of the in-person event (Friday, March 20th). A "last call" text will be sent to registered bidders indicating that bidding will close. Winners will be notified via text at the conclusion of the in-person event on Friday, March 20th. 


What do I need to know if I am attending the in person event? Bring cash!! 

The 50/50 raffle will be exclusive to the in-person event on Friday, March 20th. Please bring cash for the 50/50 ticket as online payment will not be accepted for this raffle. 

Your ticket includes delicious appetizers, mocktails, and desserts. Bring a friend-- encourage your friends to purchase tickets. This is a fun, easy way to support our students and celebrate the strong connections we have as a community. The in-person event will have student performances and a delicious menu from the chefs of Taher that we've dreamed about all year long.
