2026 Career Women of Achievement

The YWCA Greater Cincinnati's Career Women of Achievement is an annual celebration honoring exceptional women whose leadership and professional excellence have made a lasting impact on our region. This signature event brings together business, civic, and community leaders to recognize women who exemplify the YWCA mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.

The 2026 luncheon will highlight 10 accomplished honorees from diverse industries who have demonstrated outstanding career achievement, a commitment to mentorship, and meaningful community involvement. Through their work and leadership, these women inspire the next generation.

Guests will enjoy an inspiring program featuring honoree recognition, keynote remarks and the opportunity to connect with leaders who are shaping the future of our community at the Mission Moments Social after the luncheon.
