Terms and Conditions

• Valid for up to 20 guests. Additional fees apply for additional guests.
• To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date at least one month in advance - the dates must be approved by the owner
• Winner must sign a rental agreement ($0/night) and place a $55,000 refundable deposit ($30,000 property security deposit and $25,000 management incidental deposit)
• Travel is not included.
• No pets allowed
• Any extras such as food, beverage, chef, activities and concierge services are not included
• Blackout dates apply
• Fees may apply for early arrival and late checkout. Standard check in
  is at 4pm and checkout at 11am
• Valid until December 31, 2027
• Cannot be resold or re-auctioned, and is non-transferable.
