- Chef Brad Daniels is the owner of Tresini in Ambler, where he creates innovative takes on rustic Italian cuisine. With over 20 years of experience, including serving as Osteria's first Chef de Cuisine, he is known for his creativity and thoughtful cooking.
- Chef Nicholas Elmi is a James Beard Award finalist and winner of Top Chef Season 11. He is the chef-owner of acclaimed Philadelphia restaurants Laurel (a Michelin-starred restaurant), Lark, and The Landing Kitchen, and co-author of Laurel: Modern American Flavors in Philadelphia, with a focus on simple, refined cuisine.
- Vinny Gallagher is the co-owner of Pizzata Pizzeria and a self-taught, natural-leaven dough specialist. He is the 2019 USA Caputo Cup winner and has been featured in The New York Times and Pizza Today for his innovative approach to pizza.
- Davide Lubrano is the co-owner of Pizzata Pizzeria, a classically trained pizzaiolo, educated at the Roman Pizza Academy and rooted in the traditions of a third-generation Neapolitan pizza-making family.
