Located in the woods one mile from the center of Wellfleet, this vacation home is secluded on a two-acre property. The house abuts the National Seashore and faces a marsh with big windows looking out onto pines, oaks, and goldfinches.

The house has three bedrooms (one with a full bed and a bunk bed, one with a double bed, and one with a queen bed), two full bathrooms, one half bath, and a private outdoor shower. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, but no A/C. The kitchen has tons of counter space and an electric stove. The dining table seats ten people.

Located near both bay and ocean beaches, the harbor, and Wellfleet's many kettle ponds, the house is perfect for young kids. You can bike on quiet back roads into Wellfleet Center or to Truro. Over 60 percent of Wellfleet is National Seashore land, so you can find solitude even in the height of summer. The town is also known for its many galleries, fresh oysters, and excellent restaurants.

House amenities: Phone, wi-fi, TV (Roku, no cable) with DVD player, charcoal grill. The long driveway can fit a few cars.
