Attention, all sportsmen and women! If you love to hunt, or have always wanted to learn, get ready to bid on this exclusive hunting experience! This adventure of a lifetime awaits your group of three on an all-day pheasant hunting excursion at Halter Wildlife. Your host will treat your group to a day-long excursion that will include breakfast, a morning hunt, lunch, and an afternoon hunt. Your day will also include professional guides and hunting dogs.


Halter Wildlife is a members-owned Wisconsin Licensed Game Farm located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, just over an hour from Downers Grove across the state line. It was established in 1955 as a unique animal sanctuary and hunting club, and encompasses approximately one thousand acres of unspoiled lands, 2 miles of scenic river, three ponds, marshes and more than 20 miles of trails. Soak in all the beauty of nature and wildlife that Halter has to offer as you test your hunting skills and learn from the experts!

Important Details:

  • Hunting trip must take place between November 2026 - March 2027.
  • Hunters are required to wear orange on their body as well as head. Safety glasses and ear protection are strongly advised.
  • Children and/or teenagers are allowed with parent(s).
