2015-2016 Theater Season original painting - approx. 26" x 26"

In Driving Miss Daisy, after Daisy Werthan causes a car wreck, her son hires hard-working chauffeur Hole Colburn to look after her. What begins as a hostile clashing of wills between a stubborn Jewish matriarch and a proud black man evolves into a decades-long friendship as the two navigate Civil Rights-era Atlanta. With humor and heartfelt emotion, Alfred Uhry's Pulitzer Prize-winning play poignantly explores the transformative power of true friendship.

Christian Medovich created the luscious paintings to celebrate our 2015-2016 Theatre Season. Originally from Redbank, N.J., Christian is the Master Carpenter for the FAC Theatre as well as an award-winning artist, and his work has been featured at several local galleries.
