St. Clare's Home 2026 Pink & Blue Gala Greenville will be held at the beautiful, lakeside Fluor Enterprises dining venue, 100 Fluor Daniel Drive in Greenville, beginning at 6:00pm. Cocktail attire appropriate with an open bar.
Southern Way Catering is our new caterer this year!
You will enjoy an exquisite entree of Herb Roasted Chicken with Artichoke Cream Sauce, paired with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Served with the meal will be a Cranberry Mixed Green Salad with Pumpkin Seeds, Blue Cheese, Pickled Red Onions, Bacon Lardons paired with a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. Yeast rolls with choice of Blueberry Butter, Strawberry Butter, or Honey Butter will be available.
Our "heavenly dessert" will be a Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Tart with Raspberry Whipped Cream.

Sister Virginia Joy, Sisters of Life
Sister Virginia Joy, S.V., a South Carolina native and member of the Sisters of Life, is known for her deep commitment to protecting life, serving crisis pregnancies in NYC, directing the Archdiocese of New York's Respect Life Office, and educating youth on life issues, drawing from her past as a Catholic school counselor before entering the order in 2009.
Her Calling
Sister Virginia Joy felt a powerful call to serve after a formative experience during a parish mission where she witnessed the profound grief and impact of abortion, solidifying her desire to counter the "culture of death" with truth, beauty, and goodness, especially for young people. She now lives out this mission by serving women and educating others on the inherent value of every human life.
