GECRC & Churchill PTA BBQ & Books Hot To Go Fundraiser

GECRC and Churchill PTA are teaming up for a Drive-Thru Fundraiser supporting local families with Thanksgiving meals, GECRC's afterschool tutoring, and educational enrichment at Churchill School.

It's the perfect way to give back while juggling busy schedules-support two great causes, attend your child's conference, and enjoy a hot meal on November 11.

Join us for a delicious and meaningful night! GECRC and the Churchill School PTA are partnering with 5Bees Catering to offer ready-to-serve BBQ dinners on Tuesday, November 11-perfect for Parent-Teacher Conference night. Skip the cooking, enjoy a hot meal, and support your community all at once!

Choose from three hearty BBQ entrees- Two Pork Chops, Half-Chicken, or Quarter-Chicken & One Pork Chop-served with baked beans, coleslaw, applesauce, roll, and butter. A Kids Meal option (hot dog, sides, and applesauce) is also available. Want to share the love? You can even donate a meal to a hardworking teacher or a GECRC student!

Add some fun with a Mystery Book Bag for your child! Each bag includes a new or gently used children's book donated to GECRC-perfect for sparking curiosity and imagination. Every book bag purchase also enters you for a chance to win one of three $100 prizes!

Orders can be picked up on Tuesday, November 11th from 4:30PM to 6:30PM in the east parking lot at Churchill School (240 Geneva Rd, Glen Ellyn).
