ShuttleCub is a NYC-based child chaperone service that helps NYC families get their kids (ages 6+) where they need to be - safely, reliably, and punctually.

ShuttleCub maintains a small but highly-trusted, thoroughly vetted and trained team of "Bears" (adult chaperones) who provide personalized chaperone services for children across the city - on foot, by subway, bus, taxi, or rideshare - whatever parents need!

(Please note that we are neither drivers nor do we operate our own vehicles - we believe in building the confidence and city-savvy that kids will need to navigate NYC independently!)

Parents only book Bears for the time they need (minimum booking 30 minutes), making this more affordable than traditional childcare options to cover transitory after-school gaps and mid-workday child logistics needs.

Recurring or one-off trips - we do our best to support parents in whatever way they need.

We facilitate direct Parent-Bear communications, enable GPS tracking, photo verification at every stop, and monitor every run from HQ to help support our Bears with transit delays/unexpected events etc. to ensure smooth runs for all our Cubs.
