Pick-up or Delivery:
For items not picked up at the event by the end of the night on Thursday, November 20, 2025, a $100 shipping fee will be automatically charged to the card on file, unless prior arrangements for pick-up or delivery have been made & confirmed with the Event Manager or Auction Fulfillment Coordinator. It is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder to collect their item(s) before departure-even in the event the donor must leave early. The shipping fee covers the cost of returning the items to the Foundation office and shipping them to the winner. Shipping is insured, and a tracking number will be provided.
For remote/at-home bidders, the Foundation's auction fulfillment manager will contact you within 24 to 48 hours after the event date to connect with you about shipping/fulfillment details. If the item is very small, a reduced shipping fee may be applicable.
No Refunds:
All sales are FINAL. Experiences may be subject to change based on vendor regulations, availability, and/or tariffs. In the rare event an experience becomes unavailable, the vendor/Foundation team will make every reasonable effort to fulfill the experience with an equally comparable package.
By participating in the Silent Auction, you acknowledge that bidding is a voluntary action and, should you win an item, you are responsible for paying the full final bid amount.
