If the animal sold is said not to be a sound breeder by the buyer, the seller retains the right to obtain said female back, make sure she is in good shape and have 6 months to determine if she is a sound breeder themselves. Any female that is purchased and placed in an embryo transplant program and subject to super ovulation will not be guaranteed as a sound breeder. KREBS CATTLE CO will retain the right to two flushes with a minimum of 6 viable embryos and no cap per flush at the buyers convenience and the sellers expense. KREBS CATTLE CO RETAINS ALL DNA AND CLONING RIGHTS. As soon as the sale has ended, the buyer is 100% liable for their purchase. NO FEMALES WILL BE PICKED UP, DELIVERED, OR TRANSFERRED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH KREBS CATTLE CO. ALL CATTLE MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE SALE OR A DAILY FEED AND MAINTENANCE FEE WILL BE APPLIED.
