All females are guaranteed to be sound breeders as long as normal management practices are in place. Females improperly cared for or obese will not fall under this guarantee. If the animal sold is said not to be a sound breeder by the buyer, the seller retains the right to obtain said female back, make sure she is in good shape and have 6 months to determine if she is a sound breeder themselves. Any female that is purchased and placed in an embryo transplant program and subject to super ovulation will not be guaranteed as a sound breeder. Copeland & Sons LLC will retain the right to two flushes with a minimum of 6 viable embryos and no cap per flush at the buyers convenience and the sellers expense. COPELAND & SONS LLC RETAINS ALL DNA AND CLONING RIGHTS. As soon as the sale has ended, the buyer is 100% liable for their purchase.
