All females are guaranteed to be sound breeders as long as normal management practices are in place. Females improperly cared for or obese will not fall under this guarantee. If the animal sold is said not to be a sound breeder by the buyer, the seller retains the right to obtain said female back, make sure she is in good shape and have 6 months to determine if she is a sound breeder themselves. Any female that is purchased and placed in an embryo transplant program and subject to super ovulation will not be guaranteed as a sound breeder. Copeland & Sons LLC will retain the right to  two flushes with a minimum of 6 viable embryos and no cap per flush at the buyers convience and the sellers expense.

COPELAND & SONS LLC RETAINS ALL DNA AND CLONING RIGHTS. As soon as the sale has ended, the buyer is 100% liable for their purchase. NO FEMALES WILL BE PICKED UP, DELIVERED, OR TRANSFERRED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH COPELAND & SONS LLC. ALL CATTLE MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE SALE OR A DAILY FEED AND MAINTENANCE FEE WILL BE APPLIED.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
