About Us:

Hastings and Prescott have been neighbors along the river for nearly 200 years! For over a decade, we have gathered annually to celebrate our shared commitment to advancing the arts in our communities. 

Since our beginning in 2008, the Hastings Prescott Arts Council (HPAC) has been dedicated to providing more opportunities for the arts and humanities to thrive through three main impact areas: Funding Scholarships, Developing Local Partnerships, and Advancing Arts Programming. 

It is through your support of HPAC and participation in the Gala for the Arts that these efforts continue. Thank you for joining us!

Auction items can be picked up beginning the following 2 days (December 15) at 213 Ramsey Street, (HPAC Creative Space Building), Hastings, Minnesota. Pickup hours will be 10AM-2PM Monday.

GALA DETAILS

The 15th Annual HPAC "Evening for the Arts" Gala will be held December 14th, 2025, at The Confluence Hotel, located at 200 2nd Street W., Hastings, MN 55033. With the amazing Event Center upstairs at the Confluence Hotel, we are excited that we can now accommodate up to 300 attendees. We have an amazing program planned for you on the evening of December 14th!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To attend, click on Purchase Ticket and register. In person tickets are $75. Also, at any time - Register for free to participate in the online auction Online Gala - select the Register button. This will also register you for the online Silent Auction with over 90 items.

If you are having trouble registering for the Gala, you can also text HPAC2025 to 76278 and follow the prompts.
From approximately 10 days prior to December 14th, 2025, you can view all of our amazing auction Items! New items are added as we receive them. Online bidding opens at 8 PM on December 5th, 2025.

EVENT PROGRAM

5:00 PM Registration Opens & Social Hour

• Gather with friends, view auction items, and enjoy a beverage (Try a Signature Cocktail!)
• Enjoy some live entertainment from the River Valley Community Orchestra.

6:00 PM - HPAC Gala & Program Begins

• Be sure to bid on our many wonderful auction items.
• Be generous and support our Fund A Need.

7:45 PM - Online Auction ends and bidding is closed.

• Checkout is automatic if you have entered a credit card.
• To pay be check, or to pick up any gift cards or certificates, please stop by the registration table.
• Be sure to verify which items you are the highest bidder on.

8:00 PM - Auction item pickup/closeout

• Items can be picked up immediately after the auction closes.
• Items can also be picked up on Monday December 15th at the HPAC Building at 213 Ramsey Street, Hastings, MN
