Criteria for seating requests
Deadline for seating requests is Wednesday, February 25th
Sponsors and Gold Cru ticket holders:
Any guests that are sponsors or ticket holders at the $1,000 + level have the opportunity to form a table with up to 5 couples or 10 individuals IF all ticket holders are at the $1,000 level or higher.
Please have ONE person in your group send an email to [email protected] with the list of all of the guests by Wednesday, February 25th. After this date, we will not be able to honor additional requests.
Green Cru and Individual ticket holders:
- Any guests that are Green Cru or Individual ticket holders have the opportunity to requests seating with one other couple OR up to 4 individuals.
- Please have ONE person in your group send an email to [email protected] with the names of the 2 couples or 4 individuals by Wednesday, February 25th. After this date, we will not be able to honor additional requests.
