You will receive personal consultations and a complete estate planning service for a married couple or individual in California or Nevada, valued at up to $3,000 dollars from Holmes Christian, a Professional Law Corporation.

They are located in South Lake Tahoe. They can provide you with a tailored approach to planning for your future and for the transfer of your assets. This includes:

• Consultation(s) to review of all of your assets, debts, family structure, concerns and goals for your estate;
• Identify the best mechanisms by which to protect and transfer your estate;
• Prepare all of the following documents:
  • Durable Powers of Attorney
  • Advance Health Care Directives o HIPPA Waivers o Revocable Trust
  • Wills
  • Guardianship of Minor(s) Nominations

Should the attorney fees exceed $3,000 dollars given the complexity of the estate, they will review the options with the donor for proceeding and provide a legal services agreement setting out our standard rates for the remainder of the services. At the conclusion of the first meeting, they will provide an estimate of the costs of the estate planning based on the review of the estate and client goals. This donation is subject to a conflict of interest check: Holmes Christian PLC will conduct a conflict of interest check as soon as the identity of the winning bidder is provided to us. Should Holmes Christian PLC be unable to represent the winning bidder due to a conflict, the winning bidder agrees to accept a refund of the bid price from the auctioning charity and no services shall be provided. In the alternative, the winning bidder may elect to transfer the estate planning service to another person, provided the new recipient does not present a conflict of interest to Holmes Christian PLC.
