The villa is a stunning 8000 square foot multi-level blending of Mexican and Italian Mediterranean architecture. The home has sculpted grounds, a tiled swimming pool, and two separate palapas (outdoor living areas), including a rooftop palapa with a kitchen, wet bar, dining area and jacuzzi.

At every turn there are striking views, comfort and style, balconies and large windows that admit the cooling sea breezes.

Total living area 8000 square feet.
Main house & casita have a total of 5 bedrooms and 6-1/2 bathrooms.
Rooftop palapa with kitchen, wet bar, dining area, Jacuzzi.
Tiled heated swimming pool 3.5 to 5 feet deep.
Poolside lounging area with chaises, chairs, outdoor dining pavilion.
Each bedroom has a private balcony, King size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Purified water system throughout.

7 Days (Saturday to Saturday) at Casa Piazza. You have one (1) year from the date of the event to visit our home.
Villa accommodations are for 10 adults (5 couples) or 2 Families with children. Additional charges will apply for more than 12. Childcare is available in advance & at an extra cost. We are not suitable for corporate/business retreats or weddings etc.

Winning bidder must travel with the group & be over the age of 30.

Only BLACKOUT DATES are the weeks of the major holidays ( Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years weeks)

This is a non-transferable & non-refundable donation item.
The main house area is non-smoking - we have dedicated an outdoor area for those who still smoke.
