This auction listing is for 60' of trenchless sewer line repair.

Trenchless sewer repair is a method of repairing or replacing sewer lines without the need for extensive excavation. This technique utilizes specialized equipment to access the pipes from a small entry point. This process eliminates the need for digging up large sections of your yard or driveway. We run a liner system into the existing pipe to repair the old pipe that is deteriorated and leaking.

Home owner must have 4" standard pipe on their home and they must reside in Allegheny or Washington Counties. Includes inserting the liner system in up to 60' of sewer line for home. Also includes free camera of entire line and locator of problem areas in line.

The cost to dig up the house trap to access the sewer line, removal of top soil and concrete patch to seal up the hole is not included in the auction listing. This would be a separate expense paid directly to Nigrelli Plumbing. This is typically a $2,000 - $4,000 separate expense. Winner bidder must own the home.
