Buschjost & Mousadakos Mediterranean Feast

Gather your favorite people for an unforgettable al fresco dining experience featuring Greek, Italian and/ or Spanish flavors in a one-of-a-kind setting.

Food, wine, laughter - perfection. Two Gala Board members, Christina Mousadakos and Carolyn Buschjost, along with their spouses, Bill and Ryan, all share a passion for entertaining and cooking with friends and for friends, and look forward to planning a fun evening and delicious menu for the highest bidder. At this past year's dinner party, they served 4 courses, with multiple dishes at each course, the evening started before sunset, but lasted late into the beautiful summer night with a good time being had by all.

On a mutually agreeable date through October, and weather permitting, you and 10 of your closest friends can dine al fresco to savor classic Mediterranean flavors in an exciting venue. You help design the menu to be enjoyed with wine and cocktails, be it roasted meats,including lamb and porchetta, homemade pasta with fresh seasonal ingredients, seafood, beef, delicious grilled vegetables with the freshest extra virgin olive oil, and homemade breads... all served family style at the beautiful Greek Farms, where you will watch the sunset...and dine in style.
