Welcome to Waukaru's The Female Event 2025!

Waukaru has "opened the gate" on a great set of spring-bred females and one young fall pair with a heifer calf!  This set of cattle went through one of the driest, hottest grazing seasons on record; yet they still brought in a powerful set of calves at weaning and are bred back and ready to go. I am aware that a few are a bit lean, but since the temperatures are more reasonable and they have completed lactation, they are gaining quickly and will be ready for winter. Honestly, they are changing so quick, that hopefully you can schedule a visit and see them in person, as every day they are more impressive.
This year we will use SmartAuctions to provide a bidding platform. Bidding will remain open to 7:00 p.m. central time on Wednesday, October 15, 2025; then we will start the "racehorse finish." As always, if you would prefer to have your bids handled personally, without SmartAuctions, just call; no problem, we can handle that. Invoicing will come from us, Waukaru Farms Inc., and we will make every effort possible to assist in safe and economical trucking.
All of the females selling have been vaccinated with a modified-live, dewormed, and have had ScourBos 9. They are set up to fit into your health protocol, and do not need additional management. They also all sell with same "Waukaru" guarantee that has kept our family producing Shorthorn seedstock for six generations. This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

Waukaru will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
