With the return of our much-missed lunch tent, we have an exciting opportunity to refocus on the spaces and tools that shape how our children learn every day.

Landscape of Learning is this year's Fund-a-Cause, designed to support a thoughtfully connected mix of improvements that enhance learning both inside and outside the classroom. Just like a physical landscape, a strong learning environment is made up of many elements working together to create something cohesive and inspiring.

Your support will help fund priorities such as:

• Reimagining the exterior wall of the Multi as an outdoor instructional space, including enhanced boards and teaching tools
• Enhancements to the sixth-grade hangout area, designed to double as a new outdoor learning environment
• Continued improvements to Grizzly Lane and other communal spaces
• New lunch tables & outdoor seating
• High-impact learning tools, including decodable readers requested by our Kinder and First Grade teachers, along with other essential instructional resources

The target completion is Fall 2026 and this work will be overseen directly by the PTA President in partnership with Principal Kate Schermerhorn. Families can feel confident that students currently at Gardner Bullis, including those in the upper grades, will directly benefit.

This approach allows us to make thoughtful, high-impact investments that support our teachers and strengthen the learning environment across campus, in classrooms and shared spaces alike.
