Take Flight with a Piece of TOPGUN History!
Own a genuine Naval Aviator's jacket, a replica of Maverick's iconic jacket from TOPGUN, hand-sewn by expert tailors in Osan, Korea. Renowned for their high quality and perfect fit, these jackets are prized by both Air Force and Navy pilots.
This particular jacket is extraordinary: at the TOPGUN Days convention in May 2023, it was signed by real TOPGUN pilots from both the original movie and TOPGUN: Maverick. It was then flown in an F/A-18 at 1.61 Mach over San Clemente Island and returned to North Island over Coronado, making it a true piece of aviation history.
Signatures include:
"Heater" Heatly, "Jambo" Ray, "SMEGS" Semchken : TOPGUN pilots and main pilots and advisors for the original TOPGUN movie
"Ferg" Ferguson: TOPGUN Aggressor pilot and AIRBOSS (Navy liaison for Paramount) for the shooting of TOPGUN Maverick.
"Walleye" Weisser: Blue Angel pilot and pilot who flew Tom Cruise and did the low level scenes, the funeral and Darkstar.
Kevin "K2" Larosa: Civilian pilot that shot from the Alpha jet, Lear and helicopters for TOPGUN Maverick. The only civilian pilot that has been allowed to fly an approach to an aircraft carrier in a lear jet. Also filmed for the Korean era "Devotion" and several special operations films.
"Basic" Strabela: E-2 NFO who was the voice for the E-2 Hawkeye "Commanche" and appeared in the movie.
"Bear" Jaglom: Test pilot at FRCSW North Island, Coronado who flew this jacket to Mach 1.61 (1300 mph)
"Vern" Vernallis: Raced Tom Cruise down runway 29 at North Island 36 times for the iconic motorcycle scene in TOPGUN Maverick.
