In-Home Private Dinner Party for 8, with Raleigh's Chef David Mitchell.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales' Culinary Studies program in Charleston, SC, Chef David Mitchell has made his mark in restaurants across the Southeast for over two decades. Named to his first Head Chef position at age 23 in Atlanta, GA, Chef David has since helmed the kitchen at such Triangle institutions as Porter's City Tavern, Nofo, Trophy Pizza on Morgan Street and State of Beer, and most recently was Executive Chef of Plates Neighborhood Kitchen. You can find him showcasing his well-traveled Southern cuisine at Longleaf Swine in Downtown Raleigh.

The winner will collaborate personally with Chef David to customize the menu and select a date for their event. Set up, clean up, and assistance will be included and provided by Chef David.

Three-Cheese Tortellini - hand rolled tortellini + crispy mushroom + parmesan broth

Braised Beef Short Rib - mashed celery root + sauteed kale + truffle jus

Sticky Toffee Pudding - vanilla toffee sauce + whipped cream
