DiSC Personality Assessments for 5 with 1-Hour Team Building Exercise

A team's ability to effectively relate, communicate, and motivate others is critical to creating successful relationships with subordinates, customers, prospects, colleagues, managers, friends and family.

This session will use the Extended DiSC assessment to:

• Make conscious decisions on how to modify your behavior
• Stop repeating the same behavior over and over with employees who have unique characteristics and preferences
• Discover how to modify your behavior based on other people's style

The 1-hour session will be scheduled at a mutually available time Monday through Friday.
