Foundations-Level Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Session for Leaders, Led by Haley Grayless

This session is designed for leaders or high-potential team members eager to better understand themselves and others, so they can communicate more effectively, reduce friction, and lead with greater influence.

Training will be led by Haley Grayless, GEO of Vaxa Collective, a certified MBTI practitioner and nationally recognized leadership coach.

Participants will take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment prior to the session and receive personalized results.

In this workshop, leaders will:

• Discover their unique personality preferences and decision-making style
• Understand how others' styles differ and why that matters for leadership
• Learn strategies for adapting communication to motivate diverse teams
