Meat Mitch Barbecue will deliver & set up a BBQ catering spread, or winner can pick up package from the restaurant.

Catering date requires 2 weeks notice unless otherwise agreed upon and is subject to the restaurants availability.

May also apply towards a one-time use in the restaurant if group wants to have event on site.

Tax & fees to be paid for by the guest.

Distance restrictions apply if delivery is chosen to redeem.

You will be notified via the online auction website, Gesture, if you are the winning bidder. Expect an email from BBBSKC within 3 business days of your win in regards to your delivery options. You may either pick up your item from our office located at 1709 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or we can ship you your item(s) (delivery fees apply). All online auction purchases are final. Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 19. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
