7-night Stay in a 3-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom Luxury Ocean-View Condo in Playa Ocotal in Guanacaste, Costa Rica

• Condo is located 10 minutes from the town of Coco, a small town located on the North Pacific coast of Costa Rica which is known for being one of the best areas to beach, snorkel, and look at the beautiful coral reefs
• Condo sleeps up to 6 and includes 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds
• Condo is located 1.5 miles from the nearest beach, in a gated community, and features ocean views, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, beach towels and a shared infinity pool
• The expansive balcony has amazing ocean views and if you're lucky you can spot humpback whales in the bay and you are certain to see and hear Howler monkeys in the nearby jungle.
• A concierge service is available to help book restaurants, sunset cruises, waterfall tours, zipline adventures and trips to the nearby zoo
• Must be used on mutually agreed upon dates between April - August 2026. Please note there will most likely be nearby daytime construction during this timeframe.

Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 19. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
