3.5-Hour DiSC Team Building Experience for 12 with Erin Fajen

Bring your team together for a half-day engaging, energizing, and highly practical team building session using the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment.

Led by Erin Fajen, Kansas City's DiSC provider and master facilitator, this experience blends learning, laughter, and real-time application.

Each participant will complete the Everything DiSC Workplace online assessment in advance and receive a personalized profile.

During the workshop, Erin will guide the group through dynamic activities, group discussions, and practical take-aways that strengthen relationships and elevate team performance.

Experience Includes:

• Everything DiSC Workplace online assessments and personalized reports for up to 12 participants (additional participants may be added for a per-person fee)
• Half-day facilitated team building session, customized for your group
• All applicable materials and handouts

Must take place on a mutually agreed upon date in 2026, in the Kansas City metro area.

Blackout dates include January, May, September, and October.

Session must be booked at least 60 days in advance
