• Permission for the organization to use Mary's name and talk title in marketing and event promotion

Standard conference audiovisual support is required (projector, screen, sound, microphone, and confidence monitor preferred).

Must take place within the Kansas City metro area, otherwise a $1,500 travel fee will be required.

Must take place by December 31, 2026, based on availability. Blackout Dates include April, May, September, and October (peak conference season).
