Intro-Level Enneagram Assessment and Training Session by Haley Grayless

This session is designed for leaders or team members who want to deepen their self-awareness, improve communication, and create more authentic, resilient working relationships.

The session will be guided by Haley Grayless, CEO of Vaxa Collective, and a leadership development expert with deep experience using the Enneagram for team transformation.

Participants will explore the 9 Enneagram Types, discover their core motivations, and gain insights into how to lead and collaborate more effectively.

• Learn how their behaviors impact team dynamics and culture
• Recognize triggers and reactive patterns and how to shift them
• Build empathy and curiosity toward others' perspectives
